The Sheep CRC has developed a New Product Development framework integrating the research and adoption components of Sheep CRC projects. This will ensure a more standardized and staged approach to project planning and delivery to achieve Commonwealth agreed Outcomes for the sheep industry. Sheep CRC Board controlled “go/no go” checkpoints will ensure appropriate ongoing project investment.

Major adoption emphasis has been on the commercialisation of Precision Sheep Management.

The Sheep CRC has worked closely with Meat & Livestock Australia to identify a number of lamb supply chains with potential to be utilised for the strategic adoption of Sheep CRC products.
